a man walking towards light

He Saw Me Naked

Clothed I came,
wrapped in all colors of flame,
from the fury burning within,
yet, he saw me naked.

Pale and frigid,
frenzied from the cold,
chattering with clenched fists,
but, he saw me naked.

Many demons tugging my mind,
fire triggered in my mouth,
the earth spinning about my head,
but, he saw me naked.

Thick cloak of charade about me,
He came walking right through it,
until he touched every bit of me,
and kissed every heat off me.

Who has seen such a one?
Who can understand such love?
Who can see behind the sleeves
of every creature at a glimpse?

It is many wonders not smirking the mind,
that leaves me gaping every single time;
A love that rends, rips, repairs,
and makes whole, as calm as sea.

Now, my being reiterates;
Father! My Father!!
Abba father!!!
I have a father!!!
…Selah…
